Our facility is ISO and FDA certified, and every roll is produced in-house — from film extrusion to perforation and slitting — so we control thickness consistency and perforation quality from start to finish. Minimum order is 30,000 pieces per size/spec.
The vertical perforation between bags allows fast, clean separation on high-speed autobagging equipment, reducing jams and downtime compared to non-perforated rollstock. Perforation spacing and tear strength are calibrated to your bagging machine’s feed speed — let us know your equipment model (Autobag, APS, or similar) and we’ll match the spec.
Standard construction is 1 mil (0.001″) virgin PE film, offering lightweight dust and moisture protection while keeping material cost down for high-volume packaging. We also produce heavier gauges and optional additives (anti-static, UV-resistant, VCI corrosion protection) on request — let us know your product type and we can recommend the right film spec.
